able to Refinance into Permanent Loan in 6-12 months.

Value, giving property owner time to refinance debt in 6-12 months. Resulting in Lower Debt and Lower Refinance
Rate and NO Deficiency Judgement for difference.

Acquisitions up to $10,000,000
Ø
Principal(s) must have credit and financial standing to qualify for refinancing within 6 – 12
months

Property
must be income producing and support bridge loan debt service (1.2 Debt Coverage
Ratio).
Ø
Property
must be located in a Class A, B or C market area and capable of supporting the business
Ø Property must be structurally & functionally sound
Ø Property must be income producing (no raw land)
Ø
Verification of business financials required

Extension Fee: 1%
